Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an outstanding Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchisee. You will mentor team members, manage daily operations, and help drive guest satisfaction on each shift.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A reliable transportation means and background checks are standard for management roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 80% of shift
• Background checks run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
