Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise in Marion, AR is looking for a Shift Leader who can run shifts efficiently, with limited supervision. You will support the RGM, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction during your shift.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
