Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, 18+, basic math and analytical skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of the shift; background checks apply;

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy and math skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old; reliable transportation.
