Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner at a Taco Bell franchise location. You will take ownership, resolve issues, and guide team members to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and strong analytical/decision-making skills. You must be 18+, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, plus strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; be willing to guide others
• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM
• Support the RGM by ensuring smooth shift operations and customer service quality
• Possess Profit and Loss responsibility and participate in managing store performance
