Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage seeks a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, combining customer service with property maintenance. You will build customer relationships, handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

The role requires a positive attitude, ability to work Saturdays, reliable transportation, and basic MS Office skills. Expect daytime hours with potential Sunday shifts and opportunities across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including property walk-throughs, lock checks, and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments, and handle deposits.
