Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, blending customer service with property maintenance. You will build relationships, assess needs, rent units, process POS payments, and execute daily tasks across the location.

This role emphasizes daytime hours with potential Sunday shifts, offering growth within the U.S. team. A valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

• Ability to work Saturdays.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and provide excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units to customers.
• Rent stores, sell merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
