Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district. You will deliver outstanding customer service, lease units, and process payments while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role requires daytime hours with potential Sunday shifts, weekend availability, and the physical ability to walk the property and perform maintenance tasks. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Must have vehicle access and valid driver’s license with up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and related metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including tours, leasing units, and handling payments via POS.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform property maintenance tasks as needed.
