Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support stores within your district. You will develop relationships with customers, identify storage needs, and provide solutions while delivering a standout experience.

You will handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks, including store maintenance, with daytime hours and possible Sunday shifts. A reliable vehicle and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to work Saturdays and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and following up on late payments.
