Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks two Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers in Connecticut. You will partner with the Lead Unit Manager to oversee daily care delivery, clinical documentation, physician order processing, and unit workflows across two resident units on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Ideal candidates have an active CT RN license and 2–3 years in LTC with supervisory or desk nurse experience, plus strong organizational and EMR skills (PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing in LTC/SNF settings with supervisory or desk nurse experience.
• Strong administrative multitasking and order reconciliation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily unit operations, shift reports, and nursing workflows across two assigned units.
• Review and reconcile physician orders, lab results, and pharmacy profiles for timely care.
• Serve as liaison among physicians, therapy teams, families, and nursing staff to align care plans.
