Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is seeking enthusiastic team members for our daytime restaurant roles in the Newtown Square area. We operate a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept with over 30 corporate locations.

Expect training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to transfer to other NJ/PA/DE locations as you grow. We emphasize a healthy work-life balance, value every employee, and promote from within—more than 65% of managers started as staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food
• Ability to read in English OR Español and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to the Turning Point and Health Department guidelines
• We have many positions in our kitchens. You will be expected to learn and work in all areas. This includes the three cooking stations, food prep and dishwashing positions
• Our managers will never ask you to do something they would not do themselves
