Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage work orders; estimate time and materials.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company directives.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs; inspect systems.
