Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Dayforce Manager within its Human Capital practice to lead Dayforce implementations across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM processes. You will work with client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and oversee design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams, contributing to practice growth through relationship management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for HCM technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs.
• Experience with HCM business processes including HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client engagement.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
