Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Consultant to help clients transform talent operations across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning processes. You will work with client stakeholders to configure solutions, document requirements, and support testing and data migration.

As part of the Human Capital practice, you’ll support Dayforce-enabled transformations, collaborate with project teams, and help deliver talent technology solutions aligned to business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality
• Experience working with human resources compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.
