Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager, HRIS to own Dayforce systems strategy, oversee the HRIS Analyst (Philippines), and serve as final approver for sensitive configuration changes. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, translating business needs into practical Dayforce solutions with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Hands-on Dayforce administration and configuration experience (full implementation ownership).
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into MVP-first technical solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Own Dayforce systems strategy and configuration ownership for Core HR and Time & Attendance.
• Directly manage the offshore HRIS Analyst and coordinate across time zones.
• Serve as final approver for sensitive changes and escalations.
• Build trusted relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT; communicate status and risks proactively.
• Translate business requirements into minimal viable product solutions and scope enhancements accordingly.
• Govern integrations and oversee identity provisioning and data interfaces with IT and Security.
• Oversee testing and user acceptance testing for upgrades and new modules.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation as a single source of truth.
• Support global HRIS strategy, integrating HiBob and Dayforce workstreams.
