Job summary

First Supply is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical and functional expert for Dayforce and other HR systems. This role owns system administration, optimization, integrations, reporting, analytics, data governance, and user enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five to seven years of progressive HRIS, HR technology, or closely related systems experience, including HRIS analyst/administrator roles.
• Dayforce experience preferred; advanced knowledge of HRIS concepts, configurations, and data flows.
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions and leading implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Strong reporting and analytics capability with KPI development, dashboards, data validation, and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Dayforce and other HR tech platforms.
• Serve as primary technical and functional point of contact for HRIS inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Configure modules, workflows, security roles, permissions, dashboards, and system settings; coordinate testing and implementations.
• Lead the development of HR reporting, KPI dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Oversee integrations and data exchanges between HR systems and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with HR, IT, Finance, and partners; manage change and communication.
