Job summary

CJ Logistics America seeks an HRIS Analyst to optimize Dayforce-based HRIS operations, data integrity, and reporting. The role collaborates across HR functions to support system releases, security, and audits, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise HRIS.
Strong understanding of HR concepts, payroll workflows and data structures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently within a team.

Responsibilities

System Administration: Maintain and configure the HRIS across core modules.
System Support: Provide user support and manage ticket queue.
Integrations & Release Management: Monitor data feeds and third-party integrations.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and deliver standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
Security, Audits & Compliance: Administer user access and perform data audits.
Documentation & Training: Create SOPs and user guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR teams and Audit teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
