Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM, or Business Analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian Dayforce).
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the Dayforce HCM platform.
• Translate business and HR requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and leadership needs.
