Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety mindset and champion safety procedures.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise work and productivity within the warehouse department.
• Build high-performing teams by interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, loading, and shipping readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps through coaching.
• Assign dock locations for inbound carriers and maintain FIFO practices.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment safety and oversee MSS/FSQA compliance.
