US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced distribution center. The role focuses on safety, efficient processes and accurate order fulfillment, guiding associates and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance metrics, and partner with management to optimize labor and inventory control while maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires a strong leadership mindset and hands-on oversight.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures every US Foods associate remains injury free.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise the work and productivity of associates within the warehouse department.
• Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders for shipping or receiving.
• Monitor operational information and coaching to correct behaviors.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
