You will manage personnel, drive efficient receiving, storage, and outbound loading, while coaching associates and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards.

The role includes leading by example, hiring and developing teams, and achieving performance targets with an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training; address performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise work to achieve accurate orders and efficient loading for shipping.
• Schedule shifts and monitor performance and productivity metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Work with management to identify inventory shrink and cost-control opportunities.
• Coordinate dock locations, inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure proper storage per FIFO and safety procedures.
