Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs seeks a Per Diem Client Service Representative to support our emergency and critical care teams. Our multidisciplinary approach allows specialists and emergency clinicians to work together seamlessly, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care from presentation through discharge.

Compensation

• $18 - $22/hr. based on experience, credentials, and skillset
• + $3/hr. overnight differential

Job Description

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
