Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing concepts and 5S knowledge; Six Sigma training a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the production rooms and manage the production team.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement culture; meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Train and mentor employees, set daily production priorities, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
