Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production in drying, mixing and packaging to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor shift operations from 6AM to 6PM on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Oversee safety procedures, GMPs and SOPs; enforce compliance.
• Record production data and timekeeping; coordinate with maintenance and QA teams.
• Confer with supervisors to align production activities with schedules and goals.
