Qualifications

• High school education is required; some college coursework preferable.
• Three to five years of supervisory or group leader experience in a food plant environment.
• Strong math, computer literacy, and verbal/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations.
• Ensure compliance to the production schedule at all times.
• Determine efficient use of personnel, equipment, and supplies to achieve schedule.
• Review production reports.
• Maintain contact with Production Manager and Plant Manager to plan staffing requirements.
