Job summary

Qualifications

  • Medical terminology knowledge helpful; customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients/residents and register them accurately or schedule appointments.
  • Handle patient demographics, paperwork, and financial responsibilities.
  • Collect co-payments, pre-payments, or payments on account balances.
  • Coordinate referrals, pre-authorization, and interpreter services as needed.
  • Assist with recall, waitlists, and provider schedules; operate multi-line telephones.
