Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/residents, verify demographics, and register or schedule.
• Create electronic files and handle related paperwork.
• Collect co-payments, pre-payments, and/or payments on account balances.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and pre-authorizations.
• Operate multi-line telephones and, depending on location, switchboard responsibilities.
• Mentor for new Patient Access Representatives and support staff.
