Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II for the dayshift in Ohio. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor line status, perform in-process checks, and ensure accurate batch records under cGMP guidelines.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and flexibility to support lean initiatives and process validation activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Accurate batch records and logbook documentation.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor status, ensuring smooth product flow.
• Perform start-up, setup, and minor adjustments to machinery and data entry on SCADA/HMI.
• Conduct in-process inspections, sampling, and line clearances; escalate issues as needed.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation; follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support lean activities (5S) and process improvements; assist with data collection.
• Provide cross-functional support within the Manufacturing Team as needed.
