Job summary

Resilience in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise complex packaging operations and serve as a technical resource on the production floor. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with management and engineers to ensure compliant, efficient packaging.

The role requires significant cGMP experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to train peers as an on-the-job trainer in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to review critical GMP documentation and batch records.
• Ability to work independently and guide team members in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking for cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex packaging floor activities and oversee documentation review.
• Operate equipment, perform start-up, packaging, and line clearances.
• Use SAP and WES for inventory control and reconciliation.
• Review SOPs and batch records; propose revisions to documents.
• Provide OJT training and support CI initiatives.
