Resilience in West Chester, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will operate packaging equipment, conduct in-process monitoring, complete batch records, and maintain quality through visual inspection and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in regulated manufacturing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Good documentation and data entry skills for batch records.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and batch instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor status.
• Perform in-process monitoring and line clearances.
• Complete batch record entries and logbooks.
• Perform visual quality inspection and sampling.
• Support lean activities and 5S in the area.
