Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) on the day shift, with future transition to a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment across multiple lines, while training others and supporting lean improvements.

Responsibilities include start-up, calibration, batch records, CMMS entries, and safety/compliance in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment parts, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on packaging equipment (picker, sorter, labeler, packer, checkweigher, printer, inspection equipment, palletizer, stretch-wrapper, conveyors).
• Provide technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment conditions to prevent downtime.
• Assist with start-up, machine recipe setup, and line clearance activities.
• Train Packaging Technicians and support continuous improvement projects.
