Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II in Ohio to perform packaging operations in controlled areas under cGMP. Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, in-process monitoring, line clearances, and batch record entries, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will perform visual quality inspections, basic troubleshooting, material handling, and data entry while maintaining compliance with GMP standards and SOPs in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Accurate batch records and logbook documentation skills.
• Basic math and routine calculation ability.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English for SOPs and instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor process lines in cGMP areas.
• Perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, cleaning, and data entry.
• Carry out sampling and visual quality inspection of materials.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Maintain clean, compliant work areas and proper documentation.
