Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company innovating how medicine is made. The Manufacturing Technician II will operate packaging equipment, perform in-process monitoring, and maintain batch records in a cGMP environment at the Blue Ash site during the night shift.

Responsibilities include material handling, line clearances, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates should have regulated manufacturing experience and be able to work in a fast-paced team setting

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematics for weights, measures, conversions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision, escalating issues as needed.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify deviations or inconsistencies in processes or documentation.
• Proficiency with SAP and/or Veeva Vault.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and SAP/Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line status.
• Perform in-process monitoring and line clearances.
• Inspect and sample in-process materials; escalate concerns.
• Handle light material transfers and palletize materials.
• Perform cleaning and line clearance to maintain cGMP environment.
• Record batch data and complete GMP documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Support lean and process improvements including 5S.
• Assist with equipment qualification and calibration activities.
