Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations in a cGMP environment.

You will operate packaging equipment, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances and documentation, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth product flow. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to quality standards and requires prior regulated manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Accurate batch records and logbooks documentation.
• Basic arithmetic skills for routine calculations.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking for SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.
• Lean and continuous improvement awareness (5S, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and perform in-process monitoring.
• Start-up machinery, set up recipes, enter data in SCADA/HMI.
• Perform manual packaging and rework as needed.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Conduct visual quality inspection and sampling of in-process materials.
• Perform line clearances and cleaning to maintain cGMP environment.
• Maintain inventory and perform SAP/WES reconciliation.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in lean activities.
