Graham Packaging Company in York, PA is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams on the 7am–7pm 2/2/3 schedule. You will supervise blow molding operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure efficient production.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience and a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity. You will coordinate staffing, training, and shift reporting to support CQI and plant objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, safety, quality, and customer service awareness.
• Effective communication and teamwork across managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hourly employees on all phases of blow molded container production.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and compliance with GMP and company policies.
• Hire, transfer, discipline and staff development per policies.
• Manage shift functions: training, safety, inventory, and efficiency.
• Review shift operations and provide status updates for CQI.
