Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams on the night shift at the York, PA site (7pm–7am; 2/2/3 schedule). You will oversee safety, quality, training, and shift performance while driving CQI and efficient labor utilization.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or related operations experience and have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with managers,

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing with leadership demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise hourly employees in all phases of blow molded container manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping; manage training and performance.
• Approve time records and manage shift staffing and labor utilization.
• Address production and quality problems; maintain shift documentation for CQI.
• Attend and lead shift meetings; communicate with internal and external customers.
