Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor based in York, PA (Windsor Street). The role supports night shift operations on a 2/2/3 schedule and requires overseeing hourly production staff across all stages of blow molded container manufacture.

You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies while driving CQI initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience and have at least 2 years in a manufacturing supervision role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees engaged in all phases of blow molded container manufacture.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMPs and company policies; lead shift meetings and provide status updates.
• Manage shift staffing, training, inventory, and equipment utilization to meet production goals.
• Resolve production and quality problems on shift and document shift decisions.
