Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift, 6:45 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, working every other weekend. You will supervise hourly production staff across all blow molding processes, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive performance improvements.

You will manage staffing, training, and shift documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and cost targets. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hourly employees across all production phases, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Hire, transfer, suspend, promote, or discipline following established policies and practices.
