Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor based in York, PA (Windsor Street) to support night shift operations, 7pm-7am on a 2/2/3 schedule. You will supervise hourly employees across blow molding container manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

The role includes shift leadership, staffing decisions, and CQI-driven improvements. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience.
• 2+ years in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all manufacturing shift activities.
• Oversee safety, quality, housekeeping, training and performance management.
• Attend and lead shift meetings; manage time records and staffing.
