Graham Packaging Company is hiring a Production Supervisor based in York, PA (Windsor Street). The role supports day shift operations, 7am-7pm on a 2/2/3 schedule, supervising hourly workers through all manufacturing steps. Emphasis is on safety, quality, training, and plant productivity.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience, plus at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience.
• At least 2 years in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all production phases.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance on shift.
• Manage shift performance, training, and labor utilization.
• Handle inventory, housekeeping, and general shift operations.
• Attend and lead production and safety meetings; document decisions.
