Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams on a day shift (6:45am - 7:00pm). You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, enforce company policies, and manage staffing and performance on the shift.

You will resolve production and quality issues, participate in CQI efforts, and collaborate with managers, vendors, and customers to achieve plant objectives and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Proficiency with computers and typing is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while providing strong service.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments within standard procedures.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork across teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacture.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP, and company policies on shift.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance on the shift.
• Address production and quality issues and document shift decisions.
