Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of EHS policies.
• Familiarity with Lean, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all personnel in the assigned work center.
• Maintain product quality and AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance at assembly and test.
• Achieve shift output to meet production schedule and on-time delivery.
• Develop the production team and frontline leaders through coaching and onboarding.
• Coordinate structured shift handoffs to oncoming night-shift supervisor.
• Support new product introductions and process improvements.
