Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis, MO seeks a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor on the day shift at our Membrane Solutions facility.

You will lead about 20–24 production technicians and team leads, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality assembly, and meeting production plans. Responsibilities include safety ownership, quality and ISO/AS9100 compliance, coaching frontline leaders, and coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and CI teams to resolve issues and support new

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a safety mindset.
• Experience with quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all personnel within the assigned work center and drive zero-injury goals.
• Maintain product quality and test integrity at assembly/test with documentation accuracy.
• Meet production schedule through day-shift operations and coordinate with other teams.
• Develop frontline leaders and coach team members for skill growth.
• Execute high-quality shift handoffs to night shift and ensure clear communication.
• Support new product introductions and process improvements across the line.
