Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis Membrane Solutions manufacturing facility seeks a Large Assembly Production Supervisor to lead a day-shift team responsible for assembling, testing, and shipping air-separation modules.

The role drives safety, quality, and performance, coaching 20-24 technicians and team leads, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and CI to meet strict specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing and Supervisory experience.
• Associates degree in a related field preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and Lean/CI is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 20-24 person production team on day shift.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Drive training, development, engagement, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and CI teams.
