Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Night Production Supervisor for the St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility.

You will lead a night crew of ~20–24 technicians and Team Leads, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality assembly operations and adherence to production schedules. You will coordinate cross-functional interfaces with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and CI teams, develop frontline leaders, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining AS9100 and ISO

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing and Supervisory experience.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all assembly personnel during the night shift.
• Ensure product quality and AS9100 compliance across all assembly work centers during nights.
• Deliver night-shift assembly output that meets the production schedule.
• Develop and build capability in the night-shift production team.
• Execute structured and high-quality shift handoffs in both directions.
• Support production growth and new product introductions.
• Drive compliance with quality management systems.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities.
