Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis, MO seeks a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20–24 production technicians and team leads on a day shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

The role requires strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills to drive productivity, training, and employee relations in a growing membrane solutions facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• A keen drive to improve operational execution and maintain high work standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A safety focus, with a full understanding of the applicability of Government EHS regulations and the Company's Global EHS policies and procedures to the facility and workers.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001-2015 is preferred but not required.
• A continuous improvement mindset with familiarity in Lean, Root Cause Analysis, and other CI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the assigned work center by demonstrating leadership in the Basic Safety Process (BSP), enforcing EHS standards, leading daily safety observations.
