Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor in St. Louis, MO.

You will lead a team of 20–24 technicians and team leads on a day-shift rotation, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly of membrane modules for critical aerospace and processing applications. The role emphasizes safety ownership, quality control, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and CI teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing and Supervisory experience.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all personnel in assigned work center and drive zero-injury targets.
• Ensure product quality and AS9100 compliance at assembly/test with rigorous documentation.
• Meet production schedule by directing day-shift operations and coordinating with teams.
• Develop production team by coaching to results and onboarding skills development.
• Execute high-quality shift handoffs to the night-shift supervisor.
• Support growth and new product introductions by scaling staffing and processes.
