Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor at our St. Louis, MO Membrane Solutions facility. You will lead a team of 20–24 technicians and team leads on a day-shift rotation, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality assembly and timely delivery to customers.

The role emphasizes developing frontline leaders, coordinating with engineering, quality, and maintenance, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.
• Excellent people skills and a passion for excellence.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of personnel in the assigned work center.
• Maintain product quality and AS9100 compliance at point of assembly and test.
• Deliver shift-level assembly output that meets the production schedule.
• Develop and build capability in the assigned production team.
• Execute structured and high-quality shift handoffs to the night-shift supervisor.
• Support production growth and new product introductions.
• Drive compliance with quality management systems.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities.
