Air Products is seeking a Cast in Place Assembly Production Supervisor for our St. Louis, MO membrane solutions facility.

You will lead 20–24 technicians and team leads on a day-shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly operations that meet production schedules. You will drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives, partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and CI teams, and develop frontline leaders to absorb growing throughput and new product

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years Manufacturing and Supervisory experience.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing or mechanical assembly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety of all personnel in the work center through BSP and safety observations.
• Maintain product quality and AS9100/ISO 9001 adherence at assembly and test.
• Direct day-shift operations to meet throughput and on-time delivery targets.
• Develop and coach production team to build frontline leadership and skills.
• Execute clear shift handoffs to the night-shift supervisor.
• Support new product introductions and staffing to match throughput.
