Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis is seeking a Large Assembly Production Supervisor for day shift to lead a team of approximately 20–24 production technicians and team leads at the Membrane Solutions facility.

You will be accountable for safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations, including productivity, training, engagement, and employee relations, with direct impact on customer delivery. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands‑on knowledge of assembly processes, ISO

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing and Supervisory experience.
• Associates degree preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing or mechanical assembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all personnel in the assigned work center.
• Maintain product quality and compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 at assembly and test.
• Deliver shift output to meet production schedules and on-time delivery targets.
• Develop production team capability and coaching of frontline leaders.
• Execute structured shift handoffs to the night shift supervisor.
• Support growth, onboarding, and new product introductions.
• Lead continuous improvement activities in safety, quality, and productivity.
