Job summary

Air Products Inc. in St. Louis is seeking an Assembly Production Manager to lead membrane module assembly operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will oversee safe, efficient, and quality-compliant assembly and testing for aerospace, defense, industrial gas, marine, petrochemical, and specialty markets, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related manufacturing field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing/assembly leadership preferred.
• Experience with multi-shift teams and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift production activities across assembly lines, ensuring throughput and on-time delivery.
• Drive quality through strict assembly/testing standards and documentation.
• Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a workforce of ~90 employees with mentorship and accountability.
